Step two: We find the best shipping way for you+ Send you PI

Step three: Your confirm order + make payment

Step four: Ship your order + offer you tracking number

Last: Feedback + Service 

4. Shipment

To your cargo in GZ China, 1 day reach,Other cities,3-5 days reach.

To your country, Ship by DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT/EMS; 5-7 days reaches your hand. 

By SEA, 20-60 days.

5. Time to ship an order

3-5-7 working days arranging goods,checking quality,book shipment.(Pick stock items)

30 days production.(Bulk order)

7. Refund policy

Firstly, All our bags will be checked by our professional QC(with more than 2 years experience) before packing. 

Secondly, if you find any item has quality problem,pls send us real photos in 5 working days since you receive it, we will give you satisfactory solution, such as give discount, offer a new bag ect.
